How to cancel or modify an orderUpdated 4 days ago
Contact [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, and changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in the fulfillment queue.
Cancellations
- If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.
- If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can initiate a return once the order arrives through our Returns & Exchanges portal at condition1.com/apps/aftership-returns-center.
Changing an item
To change a product, size, or color in an existing order, email [email protected] immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been placed.
Duplicate orders
Email [email protected] with both order numbers, and we will cancel the duplicate and process a refund.
