Price Match Policy

If the price of an item you purchased drops due to a promotion on condition1.com within 3 days of your order date, we'll refund you the difference back to your original payment method.

How to request a price match

Email [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase with:

• Your order number
• The current promotional price you'd like matched

Our team will verify the promotion and process the refund to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Eligibility

• Applies to orders placed at condition1.com only
• The promotion must be active on condition1.com at the time of your request
• Your request must be submitted within 3 days of your original order date
• Price match is not available on orders where a discount code was already applied at checkout
• One price match per order
