Wheels are a wear component. Surface scuffing and cosmetic wear are expected under normal use and are not covered under warranty. Structural failure of wheel hubs, axles, or bearings under normal use is covered. 

Cracked or broken wheel 

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. Replacement wheels are available for many case models and may be sent instead of replacing the full case. 

The wheel won't roll 

Check the axle for wound debris; gravel, grit, or cord wrapped around the axle is a common cause of seized wheels and can typically be cleared with a small pick. If the axle is clean and the wheel still doesn't roll freely, submit a warranty claim.
