Where is my order?Updated 4 days ago

You can track your order anytime by clicking on Track Your Order. 

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Use the tracking link in that email to see real-time delivery status. 

Tracking status explanations 

Status 

What it means 

Label Created 

Your order has been processed, and a label has been generated. The carrier hasn't picked it up yet — allow 1 business day. 

In Transit 

Your package is on its way. Delivery estimates shown are approximate. 

Out for Delivery 

Your package is on a delivery vehicle and should arrive today. 

Delivered 

Your package has been marked delivered. Check your door, mailbox, porch, and with neighbors. 

Exception / Delay 

An unexpected delay has occurred. Contact us if this persists for more than 2 business days. 

 

Tracking hasn't updated in several days 

Occasional delays in carrier scanning are normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days after shipment, email [email protected] with your order number. 

Orders with cases and accessories may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Check your shipping confirmation email for all tracking numbers included with your order.
