Condition 1 waterproof cases are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. Economy cases carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. 

What is covered 

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural failure under normal use conditions
• Defective latches, hinges, handles, or wheels under normal use
• O-ring seal failures not caused by user damage or improper maintenance

Damaged handles, latches, valves, and gaskets can be replaced in the field and will be supplied at no charge if defective. 

What is not covered 

• Damage caused by accident, impact, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and cosmetic fading
• Damage from improper cleaning products or chemicals
• Cases that have been altered or modified in any way
• Foam and case contents are not covered under any warranty

How to file a claim 

• Email [email protected] with the following:
  • Original order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the defect or failure
  • Photos showing the issue clearly
  • Claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
• If approved, Condition 1 will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.
