Latch troubleshooting
Condition 1 cases use spring-loaded draw latches designed for repeated use. New latches may be firm and will break in with normal use. Latches feel too loose. If the case will not stay securely closed due to a defective latch, submit a warranty claim
Wheel and rolling case issues
Wheels are a wear component. Surface scuffing and cosmetic wear are expected under normal use and are not covered under warranty. Structural failure of wheel hubs, axles, or bearings under normal use is covered. Cracked or broken wheel. Email support
