Condition 1 accepts returns on orders placed at condition1.com within 60 days of the order date. This policy applies to condition1.com orders only and does not cover wholesale orders or purchases made through third-party retailers.
How to start a return
- Use the self-service Returns & Exchanges portal at condition1.com/apps/aftership-returns-center to initiate your return and generate a shipping label.
- Alternatively, email [email protected] to initiate a return, and we will send a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back within 60 days of the original order date.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our end, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be initiated through the Returns & Exchanges portal at condition1.com/apps/aftership-returns-center. Select the item you want to exchange and the replacement product during the portal process.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method after processing.
Returns are accepted on condition1.com orders only. Products purchased through Amazon, Cabela’s, or other third-party retailers must be returned directly to that retailer.
