Check for multiple shipments first 

Orders that include a case plus accessories, or multiple cases, often ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Check your shipping confirmation email for all tracking numbers before assuming an item is missing. 

Reporting a missing item 

If an item is confirmed missing, email [email protected] with: 

  • Your order number
  • The specific item or items missing
  • A photo of the box contents and packing slip, if one was included

Missing items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
